Use the side with the teeth to remove loose hair from the coat, and use the smooth side after bathing pet to remove excess water from their coat, as well as to remove loose hair on short-haired breeds. Instructions:

For best results, remove mats or tangles with a dematting comb before using the

shedding blade. Hold the shedding blade handle firmly and use gentle, sweeping strokes to move the blade along pet's coat from front to back. Do not apply too much pressure.

Recommended for dog breeds with undercoats.
